GPU Caps Viewer 1.8.2 Ready for Download

Less than one week after releasing GPU Caps Viewer 1.8.1, Geek3d has been quick enough to deliver the 1.8.2 version which is essentially a bugfix release.

Changelog:
- Bufix: OpenGL 3 context creation with old OpenGL 3.0 drivers like forceware 186.18. The bug led to an infinite loop.
